The AirWarden Drone Direction Finder (DF) Module is designed to work in conjunction with AirWarden Spectrum Sensors.
AirWarden DF Modules are compatible with AirWarden Classic. Classic is a system which has been operationally deployed since 2017 with a wide breadth of end customers including colleges, governments, and private security.

How The Drone Direction Finder Module Works
The DF Module utilizes spectrum sensing over a series of directional antennas and applies machine learning algorithms to determine the Angle of Arrival (AoA).
The AoA information is used alongside data collected from other sensors to assist with location of devices.

The DF Module provides a cost effective way to deploy a single AirWarden Spectrum Sensor to locate drones not compliant with Remote ID or enhance accuracy of networked spectrum sensors.
The DF Module allows for spectrum sensing deployments with minimal footprint.
The module enables small facilities to employ spectrum sensing at a single installation location and eliminates the need to spread spectrum sensors hundreds of yards apart.
